By accessing or using coldocean.com ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users.

All prices are displayed in Icelandic Króna (ISK) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of applicable Icelandic VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to photography and screen calibration.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at our sole discretion.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the payment information you provide is accurate and complete.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your order is confirmed only when payment is successfully authorised.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraud or if a pricing error has occurred. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

We ship internationally from Iceland. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Statutory right of withdrawal — Under lög nr. 16/2016 um neytendasamninga (Icelandic Consumer Contracts Act, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by email to [email protected]). You may use the standard withdrawal form available below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal — If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction; you will not incur any fees as a result. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal to us. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the goods are defective or not as described.

Voluntary return policy — In addition to your statutory rights, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened products in original condition. This is a voluntary extension and does not affect your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Website without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by Icelandic law, ColdOcean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or our products.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Iceland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Icelandic courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
